McDonald’s Trainee Manager Opportunities

McDonald’s South Africa is looking for Trainee Manager’s to work in our restaurants, within the Cape Town area. We are looking for individuals who have a degree in the following qualifications – either you’re studying towards one, or you already have a qualification equivalent to a degree:



  • Retail
  • Cost & Management
  • Hospitality
  • Food & Technology
  • Education
  • Human Resources


Further requirements:
  • Essential, is an interest and a strong passion for working in a fast-food high-paced environment
  • A willingness to work flexible hours
  • Comprehensive writing and communication skills
  • Individuals who are self motivated
  • Individuals who can work independently or as a team player
  • An enjoyment in working with people and interacting with customers
  • Be prepared to undergo rigorous training
  • An individual willing to work their way through the system to get to the next levels of management
  • Willingness to relocate where need be
